Sifco lands enabling works contract for Trump Tower Jeddah

Dar Global, the London-listed luxury real estate developer, has announced that it has awarded the enabling works contract for the highly anticipated Trump Tower Jeddah to Specialized Italian Foundation Company (Sifco).
 
A SAR2 billion ($531 million) architectural masterpiece, The Trump Tower Jeddah will be one of the city’s tallest residential towers, redefining luxury living in the kingdom. 
 
Comprising 47 floors, the tower will introduce an exclusive lifestyle concept to Saudi Arabia, with features such as the Trump Club - the nation’s first-ever members-only social club designed as a haven of privacy, luxury, and curated experiences.
