Dar Global, the London-listed luxury real estate developer, has appointed ENE Construccion Amaz SL as the main works contractor for Tierra Viva, its signature residential project nestled in the hills of Benahavís on Spain’s Costa del Sol.

 

The appointment marks the start of full-scale construction on one of Southern Europe’s most exclusive villa communities, with architectural design inspired by the iconic Automobili Lamborghini.

 

Expected to be completed in December 2027, Tierra Viva represents Dar Global’s first residential venture in continental Europe and a continuation of the company’s strategy to develop world-class properties in iconic destinations.

 

Tierra Viva is a private gated enclave comprising a limited collection of ultra-luxury villas, each positioned at a unique elevation to capture uninterrupted views of the Mediterranean Sea. 

 

Located just minutes from Marbella, the development combines bold architectural language with a refined lifestyle offering, echoing the precision, performance, and power long associated with the Lamborghini name.

 

Each villa, ranging from 4 to 6 bedrooms and spanning up to 1,450 sqm, is meticulously designed to offer a seamless indoor-outdoor experience, featuring private pools, saunas, car lifts, and expansive terraces.

 

On ENE Construccion Amaz SL, Dar Global said the group was selected for its technical excellence and its strong reputation in delivering upscale residential projects across Spain.
