Centurion Properties launches Burj Capital Phase 2 in Dubai

Centurion Properties, one of Dubai’s premier real estate developers, has launched Burj Capital Phase 2, its flagship Grade A+ commercial development.

Hosted at the JW Marriott Marquis Hotel, the launch event brought together leading developers, brokerage firms, and industry figures to witness the unveiling of Dubai’s next architectural icon.
Guests enjoyed a vibrant entertainment lineup featuring internationally renowned Mark Zitti e i Fratelli Coltelli, acclaimed pianist Giselle Stouns, and global performer DJ Liut.

The afternoon featured the unveiling of the Burj Capital model with a façade that speaks power and insightful addresses from Centurion Properties’ leadership and partners. Guests also experienced curated activations and bespoke mixology that reflected the brand’s ethos of boldness and ambition.
Moksh Garg, Managing Director of Centurion Properties, said: “Burj means tower – a symbol of strength and ambition. That’s exactly what Centurion stands for: bold, elegant, visionary. The UAE is just the beginning- our vision is regional leadership.”

He further added: “Even though it is a commercial tower, this is the only commercial tower in Dubai today that offers amenities typically associated with residential buildings. We believe in work-life balance, and that’s what we’ve integrated into the tower. People may confuse it with a residential tower at first glance, but it is 100 percent commercial with the feel of a lifestyle development.”

Located in Business Bay District, Burj Capital spans around a million square feet with over 238+ premium office units, 5 curated retail outlets, and lifestyle-inspired amenities rarely seen in commercial developments like pickleball, fCb seating, fitness C wellness zones, swimming pool, viewing deck overlooking the Burj Khalifa and Canal amongst others. Blending bold design with functionality, it stands as a landmark address that reflects Dubai’s ambition and global vision. – TradeArabia News Service
