Salon du Chocolat Dubai returns for its 4th edition in September

Salon du Chocolat et de la Pâtisserie Dubai, a key event in the region's gourmet and hospitality industry, is set to return for its fourth edition from September 30 to October 2, 2025, at Madinat Jumeirah, Madinat Arena.

As the UAE continues to establish itself as a hub for premium chocolate, artisanal pastry, specialty coffee and gelato innovation, the event is a strategic platform for hospitality professionals, F&B leaders, chocolatiers, pastry chefs, baristas, mixologists and suppliers from across the GCC and beyond.

“Salon du Chocolat et de la Pâtisserie Dubai continues to attract chocolate, pastry, gelato and coffee lovers. This edition is our biggest so far, showcasing more exhibitors, more talent and more opportunities to connect with the artistry and innovation that shape the evolving trends in this sector,” said Joumana Dammous-Salamé, managing director of Hospitality Services/HSME, the event organiser.

Now firmly embedded in Dubai’s F&B calendar, the event brings together a dynamic mix of over 7,000 visitors and 120 exhibitors, ranging from artisan producers and ingredient suppliers to equipment manufacturers and international brands seeking access to the Middle East market.

The show will open with the signature Chocolate Fashion Show, where craftsmanship meets creativity. Under the theme “A Sweet Journey Around the Globe,” this year’s fashion show will feature 14 gowns crafted from chocolate, developed in collaboration between celebrated pastry chefs and fashion design students from ESMOD Dubai.

“It gives us great pleasure to be back in Dubai for our fourth edition. The programme is incredibly rich, with 50 guests, 28 masterclasses and a variety of competitions recognising local talent,” said Maha El-Khoury, project and sales director of Hospitality Services/HSME.
