Miral, Abu Dhabi's leading creator of immersive destinations, has announced the expansion of Yas Waterworld Yas Island, Abu Dhabi, to 13,445sqm and officially opens to the public as of July 1.
The expansion introduces a "Lost City" theme, continuing the park's original story 'The Legend of the Lost Pearl'.
With over 20 new rides, slides, and experiences, Yas Waterworld now offers over 60 rides, slides, and attractions, providing more aquatic adventures than ever before.
Families can enjoy Al Mafras, a twisting desert water slide for kids, Red Dunes, and Al Falaj Race, the region's first side-by-side dueling tube raft race.
The expanded waterpark also features Al Sahel Junior, the region's first mini zero-gravity boomerango, and Dawwama Junior, a scaled-down version of the park's tornado slide.
Guests can also enjoy the twists and turns of Mataha Madness, Sadaf Swirl, Bahamut's Rage, and Bandit's Playground, a dynamic splash zone within the all-new Bandit's Village.
The new additions to the park promise endless fun for everyone, with hidden treasures and secret passageways to discover.
