Hawar Resort by Mantis hosted its first Youth Skills Empowerment Day in collaboration with Bahrain’s Al Sanabel Orphan Care Society.

 

The initiative provided young attendees opportunities to explore creativity, build confidence, and gain an overview of how AI is shaping the future of hospitality, all while enjoying the island’s natural surroundings.

 

The programme offered the group exposure to the resort’s various departments and outlets, providing a glimpse of hotel operations before they embarked on engaging adventures at the Bear Grylls Adventure Zone by BGSA, where they learned the basics of survival skills through fun obstacles and challenges such as wall climbing, spider webs, and zip lines.

 

The young guests later gathered for a screening of the ‘AI in Hospitality’ documentary, followed by meaningful exchanges with Hawar Resort by Mantis’ Heartists – the resort’s younger team members – paired with refreshments prepared by the resort’s culinary team.
