BAS renews ISO 17025 accreditation for ninth consecutive year

Bahrain Airport Services (BAS) has renewed its ISO 17025 certification for the ninth consecutive year, and for the fourth year in a row without any non-conformities.

Tony Smith, Chief Operations Officer at Bahrain Airport Services (BAS) said: “The renewal of the ISO/IEC 17025:2017 accreditation for several consecutive years is a remarkable accomplishment that reflects BAS’s commitment to applying international best practices across all our operations. We are proud of our teams whose efforts continue to deliver tangible results that reinforce the confidence of our partners and customers. This accreditation adds to our track record of achievements and reflects our dedication to delivering continued value to the aviation sector within and beyond the Kingdom of Bahrain.”

The ISO/IEC 17025:2017 certification is one of the most important accreditations granted to BAS, as it recognises the company’s ability to conduct testing and inspection in line with precise and consistent scientific standards.
