SSH named lead consultant for 140-key Muscat resort

SSH, a leading masterplanning, infrastructure, building design and construction supervision company in the region, has been appointed lead consultant for luxury five-star marina resort in Muscat.
The new property is set to bring an unprecedented level of entertainment, culinary delights, and energy to the city, said the statement from SSH.
As a world-renowned hotel operating group’s first beach resort project in Muscat, the resort will boast a luxury 140-keys hotel with 30 villas, a beach restaurant and beach club.
"This project was the first to be awarded within the overall masterplan development. The SSH team carefully considered all aspects and elements of design to ensure this flagship project met not only our client’s expectations but also that of the resort’s future guests," explained Omar Nuri, the Resident Director at SSH, Oman.
"It is important that we deliver an end product that echoes the same quality and standard of the other resorts under the same banner," noted Nuri.
According to SSH, the upcoming development will offer unique lifestyle and dining features. The upscale, contemporary design features two hotel wings that have uninterrupted views of the marina and beach from all rooms.
A central pool cascades down through the entire resort and the surrounding landscape connects all key public spaces and villas to the hotel restaurants and facilities, beach and marina beyond, it added.-TradeArabia News Service
