Drake and Scull, El Amar to collaborate in KSA, Egypt

Drake and Scull International (DSI), specialising in contracting services for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP), as well as oil and gas, water and wastewater treatment projects, has entered into a strategic memorandum of understanding (MoU) with El Amar Group, a prominent player in real estate development and infrastructure projects, to explore and collaborate on key initiatives across Egypt and Saudi Arabia (KSA). 
 
This partnership aims to leverage the strengths and expertise of both organisations to deliver enhanced value and innovative solutions.
 
The MoU outlines a shared vision for joint exploration of opportunities in engineering, procurement and EPC projects, with a focus on contracting works (civil, MEP, and infrastructure), water treatment contracting, district cooling projects, and other mutually agreed initiatives. Both parties are committed to leveraging their combined expertise to identify opportunities, manage projects collaboratively, and implement innovative and sustainable solutions.
