Wade Adams lands Emaar project road works contract

Wade Adams, a leading construction and project development company in UAE, has announced that it has secured a roads and shallow utility services contract from Dubai master-developer Emaar for its premium project - Oasis Development.
The Oasis Development is a residential project featuring mainly villas and some apartments in additon to retail, community facilities and utilities.
This comes in continuation of Emaar's recent contract award to the company for provision of the irrigation and fire pumping station works, said Wade Adams in a statement.
As per the deal, Wade Adams will provide roads and shallow utility services for Phase 1A, 1B, 1C, 1D and 1E of the Oasis Development located adjacent to Sheikh Zayed Bin Hamdan Road and Al Yalayis Road.
The scope of work includes site clearance and earthworks; roads and paving work as well as supply and installation of all shallow utilities.
An exclusive residential community of low density mansions, villas, and townhouses, Oasis Development is set in an environment of water canals, lagoons, beaches and continuous ribbons of parks and green spaces.
Other key facilities include a local retail centre, school, mosques as well as clubhouses, it added.-TradeArabia News Service
