Azizi's Beach Oasis project on track for Q3 handover

UAE-based Azizi Developments has announced steady progress on its key project - Beach Oasis, a vibrant mixed-use community, located in Dubai Studio City, with 80% work already completed.
Comprising 476 studios, 200 one-bedroom, and 36 two-bedroom residences spread across two buildings, Beach Oasis is a modern low-rise residential community that features an outstanding array of amenities.
These include a large beach-like swimming pool, gymnasiums, landscaped gardens, children’s play areas, and a central square with a multitude of retail options for the convenience of its residents. The project is scheduled for handover in Q3.
According to Azizi, the structural build, blockwork, and internal plastering are now fully completed, while the MEP, HVAC, and tiling works stand at 78%, 87%, and 82%, respectively.
The overall finishes are 66% complete, it added.
