Saudi German Health (SGH) has organised a Leadership Development Programme in collaboration with the Mayo Clinic Care Network to enhance patient care, research capabilities, and overall healthcare delivery in the region. 

 

This initiative, which aligns with SGH’s ethos of "Caring Like Family", underscores the organisation's commitment to fostering excellence in healthcare through continuous professional development and innovation.

 

The event, held at the Mövenpick Hotel in Riyadh, featured Dr Richard Winters, Director of Leadership Development at the Mayo Clinic Care Network and author of the acclaimed book "You’re the Leader. Now What? Leadership Lessons from Mayo Clinic." Dr Winters led the training sessions, imparting critical leadership lessons and best practices from Mayo Clinic and his extensive experience in the global healthcare sector.

 

 

This partnership also enables SGH to leverage Mayo Clinic's knowledge-sharing programmes, including clinical consultations and leadership development, in alignment with both organisations’ shared commitment to elevating healthcare standards in the Mena region.

 

Additionally, the affiliation allows SGH doctors to collaborate with highly experienced specialists from the Mayo Clinic, access advanced clinical resources, and utilise their specialised global reference laboratory, while connecting with over 45 global healthcare organisations to address complex medical conditions and achieve healthcare objectives.--TradeArabia News Service
