DUBAI, 3 days ago

UAE-based Palma Development has announced the launch of its new residential clubhouse within its AED5 billion ($1.36 billion) premium waterfront residential commiunity - Serenia District - in Jumeirah Islands, Dubai.

As part of the full amenities package organised around six lifestyle zones, and integrated into West Residence, a striking 46-floor tower, the Serenia Signature Clubhouse is reshaping the idea of residential clubhouses, said the developer in a statement.

Designed by world-renowned Japanese firm Nikken Sekkei as the beating heart of this ultra-exclusive community, the four-level space isn’t just about high-end amenities, it’s about bringing people together in a setting that blends wellness, leisure, and modern social living, it stated.

A 100,000-sq-ft private retreat, it boasts several premium amenities including a modern gym, indoor paddle court, half basketball court, games room, and sleek F&B and retail concepts.

The clubhouse embraces the Ireko design philosophy, blending fluid and organic forms, natural light, and serene spaces, it added.

"Serenia Signature Clubhouse is all set to shake up Dubai’s luxury living scene," " said a company spokesman.

"From the moment you arrive under the striking perforated aluminium canopy, and step into the soaring spiral atrium crowned by a majestic tree, it’s clear this isn’t just a clubhouse - it’s a masterpiece," he noted.

"Here you can sip your morning coffee on a rooftop café, take a dip in an infinity pool with breathtaking views, or unwind in a spa that feels straight out of a five-star resort," he added.-TradeArabia News Service
