Wimena has announced two incredible keynote speakers for its upcoming Wimena – Women in Motorsport conference in Jeddah this month.

 

Part of Wimena's Saudi Arabia 2025 conference series, Women in Motorsport aims to empower women through sports, fostering leadership, and opening new doors for women in the industry. The event will be held at The Sheraton - Jeddah on February 13.

 

The latest addtion to the speaker line-up, Martin Whitaker and Beth Paretta, are two industry titans who bring decades of leadership, innovation, and passion for motorsports.

 

Martin Whitaker is a motorsport veteran with a career spanning 30+ years. He has held key roles at FIA, McLaren International, Ford Motor Company, and Formula One Management. Now serving as CEO of Saudi Motorsport Company, he is spearheading the development of motorsport in Saudi Arabia, overseeing FIA Formula 1 STC Saudi Arabian Grand Prix and the Dakar Rally.

 

Beth Paretta is a true trailblazer for diversity in racing. She is the VP of Sporting for FIA Formula E and Founder & Owner of Paretta Autosport, a history-making, women-forward race team that competed in the Indianapolis 500. She has also held executive roles at Volkswagen Group, Aston Martin, and Fiat Chrysler (now Stellantis), and has played a pivotal role in multiple national championship wins across NASCAR, IMSA, and TransAm.

 

Beth is also the co-founder of Women in Motorsports North America (WIMNA) and serves as a delegate to the FIA Women in Motorsport Commission. Recognised as a ‘Game Changer’ and ‘Power Player’, she continues to champion inclusivity and excellence in racing.
