Princess Haifa named Saudi deputy tourism minister

RIYADH, July 4, 2022

Saudi Arabia's King Salman, through a royal decree, has appointed Princess Haifa bint Mohammed bin Saud bin Khalid Al Abdulrahman Al Saud as the new Deputy Minister of Tourism at excellent rank, reported SPA. 
 
She had previously served on the board of directors of the General Authority of Civil Aviation as a representative of the Saudi Commission for Tourism and National Heritage.
 
Princess Haifa has expressed her pride in the precious royal trust, describing it as great step and support towards exerting more efforts in order to achieve the goals of the Ministry of Tourism within the framework of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030, reported SPA.
 
Following the appointment yesterday, Princess Haifa took tyo the Twitter to express her thanks and gratitude to King Salman and HRH Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense "for the royal trust in her appointment as Deputy Minister of Tourism at excellent rank."
 
She described it as great step and support towards exerting more efforts in order to achieve the goals of the Ministry of Tourism within the framework of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030.
 
She obtained her bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of New Haven, US, in 2008, and her master’s in business administration and management from the London Business School in 2017.
