New General Manager named for One&Only The Palm

One&Only Resorts has appointed hospitality veteran Rahul Sharma as the new General Manager of One&Only The Palm in Dubai.
In his new role, Sharma will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the ultra-luxury resort's operations, leading the resort team to ensure the delivery of exceptional guest experiences, a statement said.
Sharma brings over 25 years of extensive experience in luxury hospitality to One&Only The Palm. Having been a part of the Kerzner International group since 2016, he has held key positions that have contributed significantly to the success and evolution of the brand.
Sharma commenced his journey with the group as Resident Manager at The Palace, One&Only Royal Mirage. His outstanding performance led to a swift promotion to Hotel Manager, overseeing operations and upholding the One&Only brand standards across The Palace, Arabian Court and Residence & Spa.

His role includes offering strategic direction and leadership to One&Only The Palm's captivating restaurants, including Zest, STAY by Yannick Alléno, 101 Dining Lounge and Marina and The Lounge. Artfully guided by three Michelin-star chef Yannick Alléno, each venue serves an elevated culinary experiences for guests.
Sharma will leverage his extensive experience in luxury hospitality to uphold the resort’s offerings and exceptional standards, said the statement.
