Ennismore to open over 20 hotels, 35 F&B destinations

Ennismore, a lifestyle and leisure hospitality company, is launching major 2025 openings across its hotels and F&B destinations. Six of the new hotels will be in the Middle East and India region.
The company will enter new markets, including Australia with Hyde, Mondrian, 25hours, and Ireland with The Hoxton Dublin.
Ennismore is also introducing new brands, including SLS in Europe and Mama Shelter in Asia.
The company is also expanding its standalone restaurants and bars through Paris Society and Rikas Group, and its in-hotel concepts by Carte Blanched.
In 2024, Ennismore partnered with Rikas and Paris Society to create a new F&B Platform with a unique collection of brands and industry-leading operating capabilities.

MIDDLE EAST & INDIA
RIXOS MONTAZA ALEXANDRIA: Located on the eastern edge of Alexandria on the Al-Montaza Bay, indulge in exquisitely designed rooms and suites, each offering breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea at Rixos Montaza Alexandria Hotel. Where luxury meets history, the hotel is surrounded by areas of historical significance and offers unparalleled experiences with stunning views across its 61-hectare grounds. Opening January 2025.
RIXOS RADAMIS SHARM EL SHEIKH: Rixos Radamis Sharm El Sheikh is a breathtaking aqua paradise where guests can find a wide range of opportunities for the perfect holiday. Opening over 500 additional rooms this year, Rixos Radamis Sharm El Sheikh has quickly become the ultimate family-friendly holiday getaway, which includes sports cafés, game rooms, a kids club, live entertainment, and exclusive culinary delights. The second phase of Rixos Radamis Sharm El Sheikh will open in January 2025.
RIXOS OBHUR JEDDAH: Rixos Obhur Jeddah Resort and Villas is the first true all-inclusive, family-friendly lifestyle concept and beach resort in the heart of Obhur. A haven for those seeking unforgettable experiences in a setting of luxury and exclusivity, the resort’s guestrooms offer the perfect blend of elegance and comfort, with stunning views of the Red Sea. Guests can indulge their senses by dining at a wide selection of restaurants. Opening scheduled for early-2025.
RIXOS HOTEL IN KING ABDULLAH ECONOMIC CITY: Nestled along the pristine Red Sea coastline in the dynamic King Abdullah Economic City, Rixos KAEC will offer a harmonious blend of opulent hospitality, world-class entertainment, and stunning natural beauty. With a private 600-metre beachfront, exclusive overwater villas, and a wealth of recreational and dining experiences, Rixos KAEC is designed to cater to families and business guests alike. Opening scheduled for mid-2025.
MONDRIAN ABU DHABI: Mondrian makes its debut in Abu Dhabi in the city’s bustling downtown area. Designed by award-winning interior architect Tristan Du Plessis and set on a crystal-clear lagoon, Mondrian Abu Dhabi will feature over 300 guestrooms and serviced apartments, as well as six unique food and beverage venues, a ballroom, four meeting rooms, a spa, a swimming pool, kid’s club, a retail area and world-class fitness area. Opening scheduled for late-2025.
SLS RED SEA: Bringing the brand's lavish style to Saudi Arabia for the very first time, SLS's latest indulgent wonderland is part of The Red Sea Project. The resort features 150 rooms, suites and villas, including one-, two-, three- and four- bedroom Pool Villas, each with a private swimming pool, alongside exquisite dining destinations, an extravagant ballroom, a luxurious spa and wellness centre, a marina and a championship 18-hole golf course. Opening scheduled for late-2025.
ASIA PACIFIC
MONDRIAN GOLD COAST: Inspired by the eclectic spirit of Burleigh and set within an architectural masterpiece, Mondrian Gold Coast marks the brand’s Australian debut. The hotel introduces a visionary new take on luxury coastal hospitality, offering fully contained studios, suites, and homes, as well as two- and three- bedroom Beach Houses and the pinnacle Sky House, alongside two vibrant restaurant and bar concepts, an innovative spa, and 20 event spaces. Opening scheduled for mid-2025.
HYDE PERTH: Inspired by Western Australia’s rich palette of colours and influences, Hyde Perth will bring the vibes to Pier Street in the heart of the CBD. The hotel offers bohemian-inspired guest rooms and suites, two dedicated meetings and events spaces, a destination restaurant and bar, and a lively speciality café that opens onto an outdoor pool area surrounded by lush, tropical landscaping. Opening scheduled for mid-2025.
25HOURS HOTEL SYDNEY THE OLYMPIA: 25hours Hotel The Olympia is for dreamers and renegades, a place for cinema lovers where the aesthetic pays tribute to the building's art house beginning as the Olympia Theatre. The hotel will feature over 100 guest rooms with exclusive artwork by Sydney artist Kubi Vasak, including three themed concept suites, four food and beverage outlets, and a rooftop bar with inspiring views of Sydney. Opening scheduled for mid-2025.
MAMA SHELTER SINGAPORE ORCHARD: Heading to Asia for the first time, Mama Shelter Singapore also celebrates the brand’s 20th hotel. A true urban oasis located in the heart of Killiney Road, the hotel will be home to uniquely designed rooms, a restaurant offering imaginative cuisine, and the rooftop will have a pool with unbeatable views of the Singapore skyline. Opening scheduled for mid-2025.

SLS PLAYA MUJERES, CANCÚN: SLS’s first-ever all-inclusive wonderland brings something fresh and fabulous to the Yucatán Peninsula with its enviable blend of extravagant style, culinary artistry, and electric entertainment. SLS Playa Mujeres’ over 490 lavish waterfront rooms and suites, dynamic dining and mixology destinations, and an unmatched array of lifestyle and wellness experiences invite guests to say farewell to the ordinary. Grand opening in January 2025.
DELANO MIAMI BEACH: The reopening of Delano Miami Beach heralds the return of an icon to South Beach and an exciting new chapter in the brand's evolution. In a landmark Art Deco building, Delano Miami Beach will feature over 170 rooms and suites, four distinctive restaurant and bar concepts, curated retail and exclusive event spaces. The legendary Delano pool will return alongside a new beachfront deck and a second pool on the fourth floor. Opening scheduled for late-2025.
EUROPE
SLS BARCELONA: SLS, with its immersive extravagance, arrives in Barcelona, marking the brand’s debut in Europe. Behind a striking, undulating façade that emulates the waves of the sparkling Mediterranean Sea, SLS Barcelona beckons guests and locals alike into an indulgent wonderland offering over 470 lavishly appointed rooms and suites, six restaurant and bar concepts, three pools, a spa, and extensive events space. Opening scheduled for early-2025.
THE HOXTON, FLORENCE: Inhabiting a late-Renaissance palazzo, The Hoxton Florence will have over 150 homey and layered bedrooms, a spacious lobby, an Italian Riviera-inspired restaurant, a sprawling courtyard, a cosy late-night wine bar, and dedicated event spaces. Located in the historical centre of Florence, the hotel is surrounded by cobblestone streets filled with galleries, boutiques and bakeries. Opening scheduled for early 2025.
MAMA SHELTER ZÜRICH: Mama Shelter will arrive in Switzerland for the first time with the opening of Mama Shelter Zurich. With stylish rooms, a restaurant, a rooftop and 550m2 of meeting rooms, the hotel will be in the vibrant Oerlikon district, known for the Hallenstadion and the Theatre 11 Zürich. Opening scheduled for mid-2025.
THE HOXTON, EDINBURGH: Located in the Haymarket neighbourhood, 11 sewn-together Georgian Townhouses with beautiful period features are home to the hotly anticipated The Hoxton Edinburgh. Everyone is invited, with an open lobby, restaurant, and event spaces designed in block colours and subtle textures for understated comfort. Marking a first for the brand, three-bedroom, self-contained apartments will offer guests full flexibility and long-stay accommodation. Opening scheduled for mid-2025.
THE HOXTON, DUBLIN: Making its Irish debut in Dublin, The Hoxton will restore the former Central Hotel and its iconic Library Bar. With a prime location on Exchequer Street in the beating heart of the city, the hotel promises to be an exciting new destination for locals and visitors. Once restored, the hotel will have over 120 rooms, an open lobby, a café and wine bar, a restaurant, and a late-night music venue — an exciting first for the brand. Opening scheduled for late-2025.

TWIGGY BY LA CANTINE PLAYA MUJERES, CANCÚN (RIKAS): Experience Riviera-inspired bliss at Twiggy by La Cantine Playa Mujeres, the chic beach club and restaurant. Featuring a 100-meter infinity pool on a white sand beach, this sun-drenched spot offers a relaxed yet sophisticated atmosphere, complemented by an upbeat soundtrack and a Mediterranean-inspired menu featuring delectable sushi.
LA CANTINE DU FAUBOURG, PAROS (RIKAS): La Cantine Du Faubourg debuted over a decade ago in Paris and swiftly earned its reputation as one of the most sought-after destinations in the City of Lights. The brand brings its iconic charm to a pool setting for La Cantine Paros, offering thoughtfully crafted menus for a sophisticated poolside retreat, where guests can immerse themselves in a captivating blend of experiences, engaging all the senses.
MIMI KAKUSHI, PAROS & ROME (RIKAS): Evoking 1920s Osaka, an era that saw a dynamic clash of cultures when jazz's independent, expressive arrival challenged traditional values, bringing modern art and Western fashions. Mimi Kakushi embodies this brave new world to bring you a dining experience like no other, serving recognisable Far Eastern flavours with much loved Western influences.
LANA LUSA, UPTOWN DUBAI (RIKAS): Communal dining takes centre stage at Lana Lusa, SO/ Uptown Dubai. Inviting guests to experience the essence of Portuguese hospitality and flavours throughout the day, there's something for every taste, from hearty dishes meant for sharing to freshly brewed coffee and pastries at the bar.
MONDAINE DE PARISO, ISTANBUL (PARIS SOCIETY): Mondaine de Pariso stands as a beacon of artistic rebellion and timeless sophistication. With a setting that echoes the cabaret spirit of the 70s, the brand’s latest outpost in Istanbul is a retreat for the fashionable and the free-spirited alike–a seamless blend of avant-garde performance and Parisian chic.
CANTINA VALENTINE, THE HOXTON DUBLIN (CARTE BLANCHED): Cantina Valentina is the home of Peruvian dishes, specialising in a modern interpretation of the food and drink served across the country from Lima to Iquitos. Celebrating an elevated approach to home cooking when it lands in Dublin, each dish will be curated using ancient recipes, mixing tradition with contemporary flavours.
FI’LIA, ABU DHABI AND RED SEA (CARTE BLANCHED): Fi’lia celebrates a genuine approach to Italian cuisine with a hint of Mediterranean influence. Fi’lia is committed to authenticity and honesty, and the menu is inspired by the recipes and traditions passed down the generations, from grandmother to mother to daughter.
SEABIRD ON THE BEACH, RED SEA (CARTE BLANCHED): Iconic London restaurant Seabird has taken flight from the UK, migrating to sunnier climates and finding a new home on the beach. A festive restaurant specialising in seafood with a Spanish and Portuguese twist, Seabird brings bright and bold tropical energy. It is a destination restaurant with a pool for celebrations, where it is holiday vibes all day and all year round.
Ennismore, a joint venture with Accor in which it holds a majority shareholding, is an autonomous entity dedicated to lifestyle and leisure hospitality experiences.
Ennismore’s notable 2024 openings include Delano Dubai, Rixos Tersane Istanbul, The Hoxton Vienna, Hyde Bodrum, 25hours The Odd Bird Jakarta, Rixos Premium Alamein, Rixos Al Mairid Ras Al Khaimah, and Mama Shelter Dubai.
Ennismore opened several standalone restaurants and bars through Paris Society and Rikas, including Gigi Dubai, Baronne, Maison Revka, Lana Lusa, Gohan, Aretha, La Cantine Beach and Ninive Beach.
