The Tourism Development Fund (TDF) has opened applications for the fourth edition of the Tourism Oluo Programme, a key development initiative aimed at attracting talented university graduates from local and international institutions and equipping them for successful careers in the tourism sector, a vital component of Saudi Vision 2030, reported SPA.
Implemented in partnership with Spain's IE University, the programme enhances the skills of recent graduates through hands-on training aligned with local and international tourism market needs.
Participants will engage in practical training at TDF's headquarters and specialized development courses both within the Kingdom and abroad, in collaboration with reputable training and academic institutions.
The programme also offers social insurance, medical coverage, monthly stipends, paid annual leave, and opportunities for involvement in strategic tourism projects.
Targeted specializations include finance, accounting, business administration, information technology, tourism, and engineering.
This initiative supports the National Tourism Strategy and stimulates sector investment by developing national talent equipped to adapt to rapid market changes and enhance the Kingdom's status as a global tourism destination.
