Mandarin Oriental to open in Wasl Tower Dubai this October

Mandarin Oriental, a multinational hospitality and management group, is expanding in the region with the upcoming launch of its second property in Dubai.
 
Located in Wasl Tower on Sheikh Zayed Road, Mandarin Oriental Downtown, Dubai is set to open in October 2025.
 
The hotel will feature 259 rooms and suites, 224 residences, and views of the Arabian Gulf and Dubai skyline.
 
It includes a rooftop helipad for convenient arrivals and aims to enhance urban hospitality.
 
The tower’s design incorporates a tall ceramic facade and features that improve airflow for cooling.
 
It also integrates energy-efficient technologies for sustainable urban design.
 
The Spa at Mandarin Oriental Downtown, Dubai will blend traditional healing practices with modern wellness treatments across two floors, focusing on nourishment, in-room wellness, beauty, and movement.
 
Guests can enjoy ten dining concepts and bars, offering a variety of cuisines, along with vibrant nightlife options.
 
Additionally, the property will introduce Dubai’s first Mandarin Oriental branded residences, available for lease, combining the comfort of home with hotel services and facilities. -TradeArabia News Service
