
OSW 2025 to lead talks on circular economy, climate action

Oman Sustainability Week (OSW) 2025, taking place from May 11-15, 2025, will focus on Sustainable Growth – Balancing Progress and Preservation.
The event will bring together policymakers, global industry leaders, and sustainability pioneers to explore innovative solutions for a sustainable future.
The International Sustainability Resources & Technology Conference (ISRTC), organised by Oman Environmental Services Holding Company (be’ah) and programmed by Economist Impact, will showcase research and solutions in waste management, resource efficiency, and the transition to a circular economy.
The conference will also discuss advancements in carbon capture, green hydrogen, sustainable urban development, and ESG-driven business transformation.
The OSW Talks 2025 will provide a platform for global thought leaders, industry experts, and government stakeholders to exchange insights on pressing sustainability challenges and developments.
The CPD-accredited OSW Talks will offer free-to-attend strategic and technical sessions on topics such as climate action, net-zero strategies, circular economy solutions, renewable energy innovations, sustainable water management, industrial decarbonisation pathways, and fostering sustainability at the grassroots level within Oman's education system.
The event will welcome expert speakers and decision-makers from various entities, including the Ministry of Energy and Minerals, Ministry of Transport, Communication and Information Technology, Petroleum Development Oman, Oman LNG, Oman Environmental Services Holding Company, Hydrom, OQGN, OQ8, Shell Oman, and bp Oman.
