Boardwalk, Dubai Creek Resort, the stunning venue located along the tranquil waters of Dubai Creek and neighbouring the  Park Hyatt Dubai, has appointed Cristiano Bellantoni as the venue’s new chef, who brings with him a wealth of experience and culinary skill set. 

 

Along with Director of Culinary at Dubai Creek Resort, Chef Sydney Stranger, Chef Cristiano has developed a new menu at Boardwalk brimming with mouthwatering dishes that promise to transport diners to the picturesque coasts of Italy surrounded by turquoise blue waters. 

 

Hailing from Italy, Chef Cristiano’s culinary journey began in Rome, where he trained in some of the country’s most esteemed kitchens. 

 

Prior to joining, Boardwalk located in the picturesque Dubai Creek Resort, he distinguished himself as the Executive Chef at TOTÓ Abu Dhabi, as well as working at other locations across Dubai such as Via Toledo and L’Occitane Café Dubai and Luigia Dubai, and Tartufi & Friends, where he refined his expertise in authentic Italian flavours, wood-fired pizzas, and Provençal cuisine.

 

In his new role at Boardwalk, Chef Cristiano is set to bring his signature flair and dedication to quality, ensuring that every dish tells a story. His mission is to create an elevated yet approachable dining experience where guests can savour the flavours of Italy while taking in the stunning views of Dubai Creek.
