Marriott to bring St. Regis brand to Jeddah

Marriott International has partnered with Miyar Alshati Real Estate Company, Telal Al Wadi Real Estate Company, and Saud Al Arifi Investment Group to introduce the St. Regis brand to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The signing ceremony took place at the Future Hospitality Summit (FHS) Riyadh 2025.
 
The luxury hotel and residences are set to open in 2030, featuring 191 guestrooms, suites, and serviced apartments with sea views, five dining venues, a signature restaurant, and pool lounge.
 
The hotel will also include an indoor swimming pool, fitness centre, spa, and over 1,000 square meters of meeting and event space.
 
The Residences at The St. Regis Jeddah will feature 92 one-to-five-bedroom branded residences with luxury amenities like a resident lounge, media room, children's activity area, meeting rooms, library, fitness centre, and swimming pool.
