Aqaba to host top destination wedding planners at DWP Congress

Aqaba, Jordan, will become the focal point of the global destination weddings and luxury celebrations industry when it hosts the 11th Annual Destination Wedding Planners (DWP) Congress from October 7 to 9, 2025.
More than 500 wedding planners, designers, suppliers and hospitality leaders from over 70 countries are expected to gather in the Red Sea port city for the prestigious three-day event, recognised as the world’s largest B2B platform for luxury weddings and high-end celebrations.
The congress is organised by QnA International and officially hosted by the Aqaba Special Economic Zone Authority in partnership with the Jordan Tourism Board. Hyatt Regency Aqaba Ayla Resorts joins as the Host Hotel Partner, while Ayla is the Host Venue Partner.
Set against Aqaba’s stunning coastline and cultural landmarks, the DWP Congress will spotlight key global trends shaping the destination wedding industry, including the use of AI in wedding planning, sustainable luxury celebrations, immersive guest experiences, and deeper integration of local culture.
The programme will feature curated B2B meetings, panel sessions, keynote addresses, masterclasses, fireside chats and networking receptions, offering participants both inspiration and business opportunities.
